Portfolio management is the ongoing process of keeping your investments aligned with your goals.
Portfolio management principles
Diversification: Don't concentrate in few assets. Distribute among classes, sectors, countries, and currencies.
Rebalancing: Quarterly, check if allocation is still as planned. If stocks rose a lot and now represent 60% (when they should be 40%), sell part and redirect to fixed income.
